• Advancement OpportunitiesThis position is an on-site position at our Kansas City, Missouri Headquarters. - Frequent travel to our production facilities will be required.Training Content Developer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Formulates learning objectives
  • Collaborates with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging learning content
  • Utilizes quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and projects
  • Plans, designs, and develops methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness
  • Develops curricula, course outlines, instructional methods, training aids and other materials, with an emphasis on adult learning theories and principles
  • Reviews content regularly for updates
  • Maintains training content integrity by ensuring all training content is properly branded and fulfills facility and company standards
  • Other duties as assignedThis is not a remote position.Qualified candidates for the Training Content Developer should possess the following:
    • Training and certification in Instructional Design
    • Strong portfolio of recent content work
    • Proficiency with content management software, with Alchemy experience preferred
    • Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, and graphic design software
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail
