SummaryTouchNet, a Global Payments Company is seeking a Mobile Software Engineers to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for full lifecycle development of native mobile applications using Objective-C and Swift for iOS as well as Java and Kotlin for Android devices.
Responsibilities

• Implementing exceptional user experience for multiple form factors
• Interface with and support a variety of mobile point-of-sale devices, user applications and administrative interfaces
• Design applications for reliability, security, and performance
• Develop an approach for automated unit tests and functional tests to validate mobile functionality
• Develop new applications and features as well as provide Tier III level support in problem resolution
• Contribute to an Agile team environment that embraces best practices, continuous improvement and professionalism
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other software engineers in the design and implementation of software products
• Limited on-call work hours; work-life balance is a priority at TouchNet
  Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong native iOS or native Android development experience
  • Proficient with Objective-C / Swift or Java / Kotlin
  • Experience with Object Oriented programming
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with web services and RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML
  • Proficient in troubleshooting coding errors and performance issues
  • A passion for learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • S/BA degree completed or in the works (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business/CIS or related) or relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Familiarity with build practices and tools, continuous integration and continuous delivery
    • Experience working with higher education institutions
    • Understanding of compliance, payment industry and financial transactions
    • Experience with Atlassian tools for Agile development
