Information Technology Job Description As a Senior Technology Architect - Senior Product Owner with Cerner's Federal team, you will identify new enabling technologies and platforms to help solve technical challenges and serve as a subject matter expert for one or more software solutions. You will also lead research and consultation decisions on existing or emerging technologies and associated services, processes and support strategies. In addition, you will lead the evaluation of technology innovation and set direction for technology roadmap, implementation and support strategies for technology roadmap and domain architecture. You will also define documentation requirements and assist in the preparation of proper documentation compliant with standard operating procedures. Innovation occurs everywhere but maybe you are also looking for a purpose. Nothing is more impactful than improving the health of others. Develop cutting edge technologies that have real meaning.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 8 years of system engineering or technical consulting work experience Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of complex, full-cycle technology implementation work experience
  • At least 6 years of s ystem engineering or technical consulting work experience
  • At least 5 years systems management, implementation and operations work experience for client/server applications
  • At least 5 years experience in TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting work
  • Willing to travel up to 60% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
