Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor JOB SUMMARY The Talent
Acquisition & HR Advisor is responsible for leading full-cycle
talent acquisition efforts for BRR while also supporting broader
human resources initiatives as business needs evolve. Reporting
directly to the HR Director, this role partners closely with hiring
managers and HR leadership to attract, hire, and onboard
high-quality talent, while bringing a working knowledge of general
HR functions to support cross-functional collaboration and
continuity across the HR team. This position plays a key role in
advancing BRR?s talent strategies by bringing forward thoughtful
ideas and continuous improvements that enhance recruiting
effectiveness, candidate experience, and People practices, while
maintaining consistency with established processes. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support: Manages the
full-cycle talent acquisition process, including recruitment
strategy, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified
candidates for professional, technical, and specialized roles.
Partners with hiring managers, principals, and HR leadership to
understand current and future talent needs, role requirements, and
desired competencies. Leads recruitment intake and strategy
discussions, providing market insight and guidance throughout the
hiring process. Develops and maintains accurate, compliant job
descriptions and job postings. Delivers candidate offers and
partners with HR leadership on compensation recommendations and
negotiations. Sourcing & Candidate Experience : Develops and
executes effective sourcing strategies, including proactive and
passive candidate sourcing in competitive talent markets. Builds
and maintains talent pipelines to support current and future hiring
needs. Plans, coordinates, and manages career fairs and recruiting
events, including collegiate and industry-specific events, while
representing and promoting BRR?s employer brand. Provides
candidates with clear, timely communication and acts as a resource
throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience.
Partnership & Communication: Provides regular updates to hiring
managers and HR leadership on recruiting progress, candidate
pipelines, and timelines. Partners with the HR Director to identify
opportunities for innovation across Talent Acquisition and broader
HR programs. Collaborates with HR team members to ensure smooth
transitions from candidate to employee and a consistent employee
experience. Technology, Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Utilizes
applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to manage candidate
workflows and maintain accurate records. Monitors recruiting
metrics and workforce data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend
process improvements. Participates in recruiting and HR-related
projects such as employer initiatives, partnerships, collegiate
recruiting, and special hiring efforts. HR Support & Compliance:
Supports general HR functions as needed, including onboarding,
employee lifecycle processes, policy administration, and compliance
support. Maintains working knowledge of federal, state, and local
employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and
employment. Research trends, best practices, and emerging tools in
talent acquisition and human resources. Performs other
responsibilities as assigned. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS Education
and Experience: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience. 3?5 years of full-cycle Talent
Acquisition experience, preferably within an architecture,
engineering, construction (AEC), or professional services
environment. Demonstrated experience recruiting for professional,
technical, or specialized roles. Licenses/Certifications: SHRM-CP,
PHR, or similar certification preferred. A valid driver?s license
is required. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong verbal and written
communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship- skills,
with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders and
hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven,
project-based environment. Ability to analyze recruiting data and
market trends to inform decisions and improvements. Ability to act
with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Working
knowledge of employment-related laws and recruiting best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn BRR?s applicant
tracking system and HR systems. Physical Requirements: Prolonged
periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be
able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and
navigate each department at the organization?s facilities. Travel
Requirements: 0?10% Classification: Full-time, Exempt BRR
