Job Description Job Description Proactive Outreach: Initiate calls to prospective patients to introduce clinical trials and conduct eligibility pre-screening. Patient Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries with empathy, clearly explaining study requirements, benefits, and next steps to build trust. Data Management: Accurately document patient interactions, screening outcomes, and data in the internal database. Collaboration & Targets: Partner with clinical sites to align outreach with study timelines while meeting or exceeding enrollment targets. Compliance & Protocol: Adhere to scripts, HIPAA, and GCP standards to ensure consistent, compliant, and private communication. Feedback & Escalation: Provide insights on call trends to improve outreach and escalate complex cases to clinical staff.
