HR Specialist Kansas City, MO $60k - $65k Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to handle day-to-day Human Resources operations for a respected senior living community. This onsite role is key to ensuring smooth HR processes, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance through regular audits Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters Assist with onboarding and orientation, including I-9 processing, training coordination, and benefits communication Respond to employee inquiries and serve as a liaison between staff and HR leadership Track open positions and provide regular updates to leadership Contribute to HR projects and help improve internal processes and policies Qualifications 3-5 years of HR experience in an administrative, generalist, or managerial capacity Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred, not required Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion LI-AE6 INJUN2025 ZRCFS
