We are expanding our presence into various locations across the U.S.Job Description: Acumen is seeking a knowledgeable and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with our Executive Recruiter to support the full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have a passion to be a part of a mission-based organization, and be a self-starter who can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Assist recruiter in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviewsLeverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new prospective candidates & develop/manage engagement strategy to trigger interest -Support Marketing with promotional plan through LinkedIn advertising, conferences to engage with, social media promotion for advertising open regions, etc. -Develop ideas and strategies to build qualified talent pipelinesManage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate informationHelp develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings on various job boards and social media platformsBuild Nurture campaigns for engaged candidates through CRMUpdate weekly staffing reports/metricsAssist with reference and background checks for candidates
-Help with other recruiting-related tasks as needed
-Other administrative duties as assignedRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferredMinimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related fieldExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust work comfortably with individuals at all levels of the organizationExperience supporting a teamMust take direction wellStrong verbal, written and interpersonal skills essentialAbility to be a strong team playerMust be able to think strategicallyAbility to build relationships and make decisionsOpen to increased responsibilities and upward mobility within the organization
