Job Description:
**Description**The Human Resources Coordinator will provide a
customer service\-based approach to the coordination of various
activities for the Human Resources Operations team\. The Human
Resources Operations team partners will all functional teams within
Human Resources and with stakeholders throughout the business to
evaluate current processes, manage/prioritize initiatives/projects,
elevate enterprise\-wide HR service delivery, and assist in driving
innovation and change\. The Human Resources Operations team focuses
on business capabilities and end\-to\-end processes impacting the
employment lifecycle across our family of companies\. This role
will sit onsite at the World Headquarters in Kansas City, MO\.+
Provide support to Human Resources Operations team focused on
initiative/project management, process improvement, and
enterprise\-wide HR service delivery+ Partner with HR Business
Process Analyst in the review of existing processes and
recommendation of new processes+ Create and maintain process
documents across all functional areas of human resources+ Partner
with HR Project Managers to assist with a variety of tasks related
to initiatives and projects+ Coordinate project deliverables and
action items across multiple functional areas of human resources+
Ensure that all project documents are updated and accurate+ Utilize
Workfront and other project management tools to prepare project
status reports and analytics for managers/project teams+ Develop,
update, and maintain intranet page for HR Operations+ Schedule,
set\-up and facilitate meetings+ Assist with research and
recommendation for solutions to existing problems/challenges+
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and
leaders throughout the organization+ Recommend process improvements
to increase efficiency performing job duties or improve client
experience+ Assist with the implementation and coordination of
human resources programs for the company\. Provide regular status
updates and utilization reports+ Provide prompt answers to basic
questions from employees and managers+ Escalate complex questions
or issues to appropriate human resources staff\. Assist in finding
answers and/or solutions+ Compile and organize data in response to
internal and external requests+ Utilizing internal and external
resources, research various human resources topics\. Prepare and
present findings+ Review correspondence and respond/route/file
appropriately+ Responsible for receiving, processing, and auditing
confidential documents and data+ Assist with developing,
delivering, maintaining, and tracking training resources on various
topics+ Communicate and coordinate with other departments to
administer programs and complete processes+ Communicate and
coordinate with third\-party suppliers and/or providers to
administer human resources programs\. Utilize supplier/vendor
systems as necessary\. Review and process invoices+ Assist with
planning and executing human resources led events\. Support and
assist with corporate events+ Support the company's mission and

assigned**Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree in Business or
related field; an emphasis in Human Resources Management is
preferred+ Previous human resources/internship experience is
preferred+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem\-solving skills+
Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize as needed+ Must have
the ability to clearly and effectively present information to all
levels of employees, management, and external vendors+ Strong
attention to detail, organization, and time management skills+
Ability to multi\-task and handle interruptions within a
fast\-paced environment+ Strong research skills, including
compiling and presenting results+ Proficient in Microsoft
