Job Description Summary
Children's Mercy Park is looking for an efficient Dishwasher to join our Culinary Team for the 2023 Major League Soccer season. Our Dishwasher, under direction of the Executive Culinary Managers, will be responsible for effectively supporting all stewarding operations at Sporting KC locations. Our Food and Beverage program provides our players, fans, and guests with only the highest quality of accommodation and customized service.

The part time position is to be a key contributor to the Hospitality team while ensuring all work is consistent with the Sporting KC brand purpose: "We create memories through personalized experiences with our Club."

Job Description

**All applications will be reviewed in the 1st and 2nd week of January 2023, with target dates of hiring completion in February**

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  
  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them into their proper place.
  • Wash all pots, pans and trays by hand in a three-compartment sink using proper form.
  • Remove all trash from various receptacles around the kitchen and bring to the trash compactor.
  • Sweep all debris from the floors and mop floor with soap, wash water or bleach water.
  • Set up and break down the dishwashing area following the machine's assembly directions.
  • Maintain and abide by the County Health/Sanitation as well as Sporting KC standards.
  • Maintain the food service areas/kitchen in a neat, clean, clutter-free and safe environment.
  • Represent Sporting KC in a professional manner at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
