Grill Attendant - Temporary/Seasonal
Reports To: Director, Golf
Equipment: Uniform
The Grill Attendant is to ensure that guests have an excellent
experience as it relates to their meals, beverages and
interactions.
Work Performed:
The Grill Attendant will be tasked with the following duties,
responsibilities, and assignments:
- Present menu s , answer questions, and suggest food and beverage
items ;
- T ake food and beverage orders , R elay orders to kitchen , and
serve orders to guests in a timely manner ;
- Monito r tables ensuring all patrons are served in accordance
with established protocols ;
- Clear and clean tables as needed ;
- Compute bill and accepts payment , including track ing sales
receipts;
- Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing;
- Maintain wait station by keeping area tidy and stocks glasses,
silverware and other related supplies; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary
purpose of the position.
