What your role entails and how you'll contribute
Crown Room Catering Special Functions is a fast-paced,
service-oriented team with a variety of responsibilities. A Food
Service Specialist - Catering fulfills catering orders, focusing on
presentation, accuracy, and freshness with the end goal of
exceeding customer expectations. Orders include a variety of
services: order pick ups, Executive and VIP Retailer delivery/set
up/service and clean up. Functions sometimes require work outside
of normal hours - Monday - Friday. Completion of side-work is also
required organizing equipment, stocking, packaging, cleaning, etc.
A Specialist participates in food production and other areas of
service, if available.
What we do and how we do it
Crown Room Catering provides services to customers throughout the
building, filling orders for pick up, delivery, full service,
upscale service, private and executive dining.
