TRC is currently filling multiple Work-From-Home Customer Service Agent roles supporting the Telecom and Utilities industries - all Inbound Calls!Job Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hourThese positions will always be Work from Home. We have Recruiters ready to talk to you right away.EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION TO WORK FROM HOMEAt home positions will require you to independently have access to the following equipment:Company provided equipment (PC, Monitors and headset)High Speed Internet access 20 MBPS download & 10 MBPS Upload (minimum). Test speed at: Connection: DSL, cable, or fiber optic (no dial-up, satellite, or wireless.) You MUST be able to hard wire into the router via an Ethernet cord.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer inbound phone calls from individuals who are calling to add additional funds to inmate's commissary accountsRespond to inbound phone calls from current inmates to assist in placing orders from the jail catalogTrack shipments and respond to questions pertaining to the status of an order placedAssist with questions about balance on inmate's accounts and status of deposits made on inmate's accountsREQUIREMENTS:Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED equivalentMust have own working computer and internet. Our client does NOT supply internet access.Must pass drug test and background checkBasic computer navigation skills and ability to toggle between different computer screens and programsOTHER QUALIFICATIONS:Prior customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and upbeat telephone voiceAbility to type 30 wpmThink you will be a good fit?
