Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, Compact License Must-Have: - Experience
in MS/Tele, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Skills in interpretation and
management of dysrhythmias - Ability to work with Rapid Response
and Code teams - Experience with feeding tube care and management -
Proficient in Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) - Peripheral Line
Care and Management - PICC line management - Starting and
maintaining IVs - Experience with epidural analgesia and PCA -
Knowledge of surgical drains and chest tubes - Understanding of
Isolation Precautions and PPE - Wound Care experience Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in Progressive
Care Unit. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant
experience. First-time travelers are not accepted for this role.
The position requires 8 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule.
Skills in managing patients who have undergone various surgical
procedures are essential. Candidates should be familiar with pain
management techniques including Epidural, PCA, and Ketamine
infusion. Experience with patients requiring multiple drains and
wound vacs is necessary. Regular floating between departments and
facilities may be required. The primary patient demographic
includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily patient census
is approximately 20. Reference checks will be conducted to verify
experience. Completion of necessary training and modules prior to
commencement is required. The candidate should be prepared for
possible additional compliance training. Drug screening will be
required as part of the hiring process. Candidates should ensure
