nursing expertise on a progressive care unit in a reputable
hospital setting. This 12-hour night shift role demands hands-on
experience with high-acuity patients and offers a stimulating
environment for registered nurses skilled in stepdown care. The
position is a contract assignment based in the Liberty area of
Kansas City, MO, with a start date on April 13. Location
Overview:Situated in the vibrant Kansas City metropolitan area,

(18450715) Every other weekend required Major holiday work required
with schedule accommodations available Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to progressive care unit
patients Monitor and manage high acuity drip therapies, arterial
lines, and advanced respiratory support such as BiPAP and Airvo
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient
outcomes Participate in required orientation and training sessions
Maintain compliance with facility protocols, including
nicotine-free policy and safety standards Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year of progressive
care unit nursing experience ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
Experience with arterial line management and high acuity drip
medications preferred Ability to adapt to floating when needed
Commitment to facilitys nicotine-free environment Additional
Details: Orientation includes initial hospital-specific and
clinical training from Day 1 through Day 5 Bi-weekly payroll with
an 8-hour non-billable orientation period The client may cancel one
shift per pay period with minimum notice, without billing or pay
