Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse
Coordinator for our Med Surg department, committed to providing
top-tier compassionate care and operational leadership. You will be
pivotal in managing patient care and nursing activities, ensuring
adherence to best practices and facilitating positive patient
outcomes. This role involves a blend of clinical expertise and
management skills to uphold the standards of HCA Healthcare's
mission to improve human life. Coordinate day-to-day management of
the Med Surg unit. Supervise nursing staff and manage resources
effectively to ensure quality patient care. Develop and implement
standards, procedures, and protocols in line with regulatory
guidelines. Monitor patient care for quality and efficacy, and
adjust plans as necessary. Facilitate training and professional
development activities for staff. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and standards. Strong
leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Proficiency in clinical skills specific to Med Surg Ability
to manage multiple tasks and priorities In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification Certification
in Medical-Surgical Nursing preferred
