Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established,
physician-led, multi-specialty healthcare system in the Northern
Kansas City, MO area. This is an exciting opportunity to practice
in a supportive environment, providing high-quality care to a
diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
comprehensive family medicine care for patients of all ages, from
newborns to geriatrics - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Participate in newborn and pediatric hospital rotations on a
rotational basis (1 out of every 5 weeks) - Oversee and support
family nurse practitioners with patient care - Maintain accurate
and up-to-date patient records using Epic EMR - Engage in continued
learning and professional development Practice Details: - Flexible
4.5-day workweek - No ER or OB responsibilities - No adult
inpatient care (Hospitalists cover admissions) - Full subspecialty
