night crew at Saint Luke's South, Overland Park, KS We are hiring
for the Progressive Care Unit. New Graduates with ADN, Diploma, and
BSN qualifications are welcome to apply. Open RN positions offer:
?? Part-time 12-hour night shift ?? For a limited time eligibility
for sign-on bonus ($20,000 for RN, $12,500 for new grads) ?? Rotate
Weekends/Holidays Due to the recent growth at this location we have
recently expanded our PCU services to meet the demands of our
patients and community. We are looking for positive nurses who
enjoy working with a team, passionate about helping others expand
their skill sets, patient centered and needs variety in their day
to be satisfied in their work. This team builds on each other's
strengths and works together to help each grow their nursing
skills; while keeping the patient first and providing exceptional
care. These units will see a variety of patient conditions and
treatments with an average stay of 3 to 4 days. These Progressive
Care Units are cardiac focused, but not specialized. Shift: Part
Time Night Shift (2, 12 hour shifts per week) This position will

work. We are looking for collaborative and resourceful nurses who
love empowering and teaching others. We are looking for
professionals who are able to stay positive during the unexpected
and empowers their peers to do the same. Responsibilities:
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Performing patient
care. Delegating patient care tasks and supervision of other
patient care staff. Coordinating the plan of care for a group of
assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health
care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This
clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies
