Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular (CV) Prep Recovery team within the Cath Lab department. In this critical role, you'll provide specialized nursing care, monitor patient health, and assist during and after cardiovascular procedures. This position requires a detail-oriented and patient-focused RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to those in recovery. Assess, monitor, and record patient health and recovery status pre and post cardiovascular procedures. Collaborate with cardiologists and cath lab staff to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses. Operate and monitor cardiac and other vital equipment during and after procedures. Educate patients and families on recovery processes and cardiovascular health management. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Patient assessment Efficient in cath lab equipment handling Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license ACLS certification required CCRN or related certification is highly valued
