HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of RN
Coordinator Trauma for Women's Health during weekends at our
prestigious facility. This role offers a unique opportunity to
provide specialized care and coordination for women’s trauma
services, ensuring effective treatment and recovery. As part of our
dedicated team, you will make a significant impact by enhancing the
quality and delivery of care tailored to trauma-affected women,
overseen by one of the largest healthcare providers in the United
States. Coordinate patient care activities and ensure the
implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in
trauma services for women. Develop, implement, and review treatment
protocols and patient care plans, in collaboration with the medical
team. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss
patient treatment plans and progress. Provide education and support
to patients and their families about trauma recovery specifically
tailored to women’s health. Monitor and record patients' progress
and respond to any complications. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and safety standards. Work collaboratively with other
healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient
outcomes. Advanced knowledge of women’s health and trauma care.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
medical software for patient care management. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Advanced Trauma
Care for Nurses (ATCN) or similar is preferred.
