Job Description Job Description Company Description Nurse Manager – Emergency Department (ED) Overland Park, KS Employment Type, Schedule, Pay Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Days Hourly Pay Range: $44.27 – $61.99/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 with a 2-year commitment Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager (RN) to provide day-shift leadership for a high-acuity emergency services department in Overland Park, Kansas . This role is responsible for the daily clinical and operational management of the Emergency Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager partners closely with emergency services leadership to support quality outcomes, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. This opportunity is ideal for an ED leader with recent acute care emergency leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead a large, multidisciplinary team.
