physician-owned private primary care practice with four locations
throughout the Kansas City area, is seeking additional nursing
staff for our Heartland Primary Care location. This office is
located just a block west of the Legends Shopping Center in Kansas
City, KS with convenient highway access via I-435 & I-70. Because
our physicians own our practice, they have created a warm, positive
work environment that is unique in the metro area and that allows
for close, caring relationships with our physicians as well as our
staff and patients. Our physicians offer a full benefits package

qualified and dependable nurses who really care about their
patients and enjoy working with children. Job Description: Our
current open position is in our pediatrics department providing
compassionate care to children suffering from illnesses or injuries
as well as well child visits. The successful candidate will love
working with children and is comfortable reassuring parents and
communicating with doctors. Job Responsibilities include but are
not limited to: Rendering treatment to pediatric patients and
administering vaccinations Communicating with physicians, LPNs, MAs
and other medical professionals Creating and contributing to
patients' medical records Coordinating pharmacy refills and lab
results Responding to inquiries, concerns and complaints from
patients and their parents and guardians Managing a high volume of
patient visits Patient education Assisting in office procedures
