Job Description Job Description Summary: The Med/Surg RN provides compassionate, patient-centered care to adult patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions. This role offers strong learning opportunities in a Level I Trauma facility with stable but higher-acuity Med/Surg patients. Shifts: Days & Nights | Rotating Weekends Shift Differential: $4/hr Nights & $4.00/Weekends Sign-On Bonus : $30,000 for Nights/ $10,000 for Days Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments following standards of care and protocols Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Provide direct patient care and supervise non-licensed staff Educate and support patients and families based on individual needs Monitor post-surgical patients (general, urology, vascular) Qualifications: Minimum 1-year Acute Care RN experience (does NOT need to be recent) ADN or BSN from accredited nursing school Active RN license (or compact license) BLS required upon hire Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
