Kansas City, MO Position Type: Nursing Specialties: Med/Surg,
Cardiac Care Shift: Days (7am-7pm), Nights (7pm-7am) Compensation
Pay Range: $30 – $41/hour; shift differential available for
nights/weekends $4/hr Key Responsibilities You will perform
comprehensive nursing assessments regarding the health status of
the patient, following standards of care and disease-specific
protocols. You will plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. You will
provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing
staff within the RN’s scope of practice and in accordance with
established policies. You will provide education and emotional
support appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstance
and incorporate patient / family teaching into all aspects of
nursing practice. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of acute care
Cardiac care needed for this specialty Graduation from an
accredited School of Nursing Current state of Missouri RN licensure
required. BLS certification required at hire and maintained. ACLS
