Job Description Professional Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool Full time Position Summary: Provides comprehensive professional nursing care to clinic patients, adhering strictly to established standards and best practices. This role is central to coordinating the patient journey, from initial contact and triage to education and follow-up, ensuring high-quality, seamless care delivery within a dynamic clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Patient Care & Triage:Execute expert telephone triage, optimize patient flow, and coordinate all aspects of patient care. - Clinical Duties:Administer medications, perform patient assessments, interpret test results, and meticulously document all patient interactions and care provided. Enter orders precisely as directed by healthcare providers. - Education & Advising:Act as the subject matter expert for patient and family education, identifying specific learning needs and providing actionable advice and clinical recommendations. - Operational Support:Schedule patient appointments and delegate tasks to clinical staff, ensuring alignment with demonstrated competencies and professional scope of practice. - Collaboration & Adaptability:Work effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team atmosphere, displaying excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times. - Versatility:Be prepared to cover Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or other administrative office duties as clinic needs dictate.
