The Coordinator provides direct patient and family care across the continuum from pre-transplant, during transplant and post-transplant, in both ambulatory and inpatient settings. The Coordinator provides education to patients/families, hospital staff, and the community utilizing Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) and United Network For Organ Sharing (UNOS) resources. The Coordinator adheres to clinical practice guidelines, integrates applicable regulatory and practice standards, and participates in quality improvement and research activities. The pay range for this job begins at $39.86/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. /n/nRemote Work/Work from Home:/n This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location.
