Nurse (RN) Job Type: Full-Time | School-Year Contract Pay Range:
$45-50/Hour Overview: We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable
School Registered Nurse (RN) to promote the health, safety, and
well-being of students and staff. The ideal candidate will provide
direct nursing care, manage health plans, and serve as a vital
resource for families and school personnel. Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing services including first aid, medication
administration, and emergency response Develop, implement, and
monitor individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic
conditions or special medical needs Maintain accurate health
records and ensure compliance with state and district health
regulations Communicate regularly with parents, healthcare
providers, and school staff regarding student health concerns
Participate in IEP or 504 meetings when medical input is required
Conduct screenings (vision, hearing, immunization compliance, etc.)
and track health data Promote wellness and preventive health
education throughout the school community Maintain confidentiality
and adhere to professional nursing and district standards
Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good
standing Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred Current CPR and
First Aid certification Experience in pediatrics, public health, or
school nursing strongly preferred Strong communication,
