Job Description Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility in Lees Summit, MO . This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Title: Interviewer, Insurance Risk Location: Lees Summit, MO 64063 Pay Rate: $15.44/hr. on W2. Duration: 3 Months Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm/ 8am-5pm/9am-6pm CST *Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications. Position Summary The main responsibility of this role is to conduct life insurance medical and financial interviews over the phone. This involves making outbound calls to applicants, asking required questions, and accurately documenting their responses for multiple life insurance clients. Key Responsibilities Make outbound phone calls to life insurance applicants to complete required interviews or leave clear voicemail messages when needed Ask and record information related to medical history, financial background, occupation, and hobbies Review and update collected information during each call to ensure accuracy and quality Use call management and phone systems (C4, Dialer, Avaya) to place calls, log attempts, and document outcomes Follow specific interview guidelines and requirements for each client company Provide professional, courteous, and responsive service to applicants, clients, coworkers, and management Follow all compliance, privacy, and safety policies at all times Complete additional tasks as assigned to support business and customer needs Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience & Skills Previous experience in life insurance, medical terminology, or customer service is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting information Comfortable spending extended time on the phone while delivering high-quality, concierge-level customer service Ability to meet productivity goals in a production-driven call center environment Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
