Desired Experience: Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
nursing experience Proficiency in high acuity care, including
experience with drip infusions Familiarity with arterial lines and
bipap-airvo technologies is preferred Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) NIH Stroke Scale
certification is a plus Candidates must be nicotine-free according
to facility policy New graduates are not considered for this
position Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care during
12-hour night shifts Monitor patient conditions, including vital
signs and response to treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to implement care plans Float as needed to lower acuity
units, demonstrating flexibility Work every other weekend and major
holidays with scheduling accommodations Participate in facility
orientation programs before commencing clinical duties Location
