If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources. /n/nResponsibilities:/n - Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive, age-appropriate plan of care for patient and family which promotes optimal patient outcomes. - Meets the educational and informational needs of the patient and family, utilizing appropriate principles of teaching/learning. - Promotes safe, efficient, family-centered care. - Delegates nursing care based on knowledge of staff qualifications/competency and patient care requirements. /n/nQualifications:/n - Associate's Degree ADN Required. Current employees hired before September 1, 2013 are grandfathered and permitted to continue in the direct care nursing role. and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training - Bachelor's Degree Preferred for all nurses hired after September 1, 2013.
