Float Pool RNs rotate across the following units: - Emergency Department - ICU - Cardiac Telemetry - Medical-Surgical - (Adults) - Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds) ? Qualifications - Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program - Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements) - Experience: 1 year RN experience preferred - Certifications: - BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire - Depending on assignment, may also require: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Physical Requirements: - Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs regularly - Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts ?
