COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - General Surgery (GS) $455,000
Guaranteed Salary with 2 to 3 year term available wRVU Production
$50/wRVU $35,000 Signing Bonus $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus Full
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement,
Relocation paid, malpractice insurance with tail, etc. $5,000 CME
Annually RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS General Surgery (GS)
Medical Directorship Available Modern and efficient Critical Access
Hospital Established practice, take over 20 year practice 22
referring providers to ensure success, no competition General
surgery, Scopes and C-section coverage; will train 1:4 call for
C-sections ONLY, and not required for surgery QUALIFICATIONS AND
SKILLS General Surgery (GS) Board Eligible or Certified (required
within 5 years of training) General surgery plus Scopes &
C-Sections Quality and Patient Care Focused Work well in
