Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatric Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/15/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist /n/n Job Details: /n • Night shift position in NICU or PICU /n• Patient ratio of 1:4 /n• Guaranteed 40 hours per week /n• Travel experience is required /n• Minimum of 1 year experience required /n• Must float within scope to meet facility needs, including possibility to float to Kansas location /n• Required certifications: PALS (AHA only), BLS/ACLS (AHA only) - RQI certifications not accepted /n• Must have Missouri license and Kansas license (may start with Kansas license pending if documentation provided) /n• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) /n• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions) /n• Medication/dosage test given first week with 100% pass rate required (3 attempts given) /n• Scrub color: Any kid-friendly color or pattern /n• Charting system: Cerner /n• Free parking with permit /n• Open to critical care unit candidates and some Med/Surg candidates /n/n Facility: /n This renowned children's hospital has been named one of the best children's hospitals in America.
