Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Acute Care
Float Pool night shift position requiring both MO (or compact) and
KS nursing licenses. \n \n Responsibilities\n Position is in the
Pediatric Acute Care Float Pool at a hospital Float to similar
pediatric units within the same facility and may occasionally float
to a sister hospital 12 miles away in Overland Park, KS Night shift
schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00-07:00) Care for
pediatric acute care patient population Uses Cerner EMR for
charting 13-week contract assignment Both local and travel
candidates are accepted at the same rate Must pass a
medication/dosage test within the first week of assignment with a
score of 100% (up to 3 attempts permitted) First-time travelers
will be considered for this position Candidate must be flexible
with work location across two nearby hospital campuses Facility is
smoke free \n \n Requirements\n Active MO or compact RN license
required at the time of consideration Active KS RN license required
or proof of application submitted if not yet obtained AHA BLS and
ACLS certifications required; RQI certifications not accepted 1-2
years of recent pediatric or peds med-surg RN experience required
Clean Nursys record required Must have prior travel nursing
