Saint Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, KS is looking for an
upcoming or recent nursing graduate to join our Emergency
Department Nurse Residency Program. Our Emergency Department is a
Primary Stroke and STEMI Center, providing comprehensive emergency
and critical care to patients across the region. This is your
opportunity to start your nursing career in an environment where
you'll be supported, challenged and inspired every day. Shift: Full
Time Nights Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care
tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible
for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients
and consulting with other members of the health care team when
indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse
demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines
and procedures. Job Requirements Applicable Experience: Less than 1
year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross,
Registered Nurse - Various Associate Degree Job Details Full Time
