OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Rehab Unit in Kansas City, MO. The ideal Candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.   • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the rehabilitation unit, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at promoting patient recovery and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, treatments, and responses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, treatment options, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery.QualificationsBefore we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:
    • Current and valid state license.
    • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
