• Certification Details
• Refer to the UD/Cost Center for required certifications.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for certain specializations.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specific units.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for specific units.
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy required for Oncology RN.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required for certain specializations.
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring required for L&D.
• Tech Cert Verification - National required for technical roles.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required within 12 months of start.
• State License Verification required - must be Kansas and Missouri or compact in hand at time of submission.
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required.
• NIH Stroke Certification required for various units and must be updated annually.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute certification required for all Psych positions.
  • Job Details
  • 2 years' experience required.
  • Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts in Saint Luke's 6-week schedule period, combination of F/S/S.
  • Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit.
  • Floating requirement: regular floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed.
