• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, Tech Cert Verification - National, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication), Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

  • These individuals will need critical care experience some sort of PICU, CICU, ICN or ED experience
  • ACLS/BLS
    • Additional Details
    • Government issued photo ID required.
    • Proof of Everify or Attestation
    • Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
    • AHA only. RQI is not acceptable and cannot be used as a placeholder.
    • Not required for RRT or OR.
    • Not required for SPT.
    • As required. NRP must be AHA 8th Edition Advanced Certification.
    • Not required for RRT.
    • Required for all ER/Peds ER.
    • RRT Tech Certification Required. RCP/CRT certifications will NOT be accepted.
    • License Verification team: NBRC verification must be pulled from the search screen, do NOT use the print button.
    • Required - Primary Source Verification
    • Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs)
    • Required for RNs only. There is a medication calculation/dosage test given the first week.
    • Required as applicable
    • Required for all candidates except non-clinical.
    • For Subs Only: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.
