This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience, particularly in a Level 1 Trauma Center. The candidate must be familiar with DaVinci robotic cases, large head and neck surgeries, neuro spine procedures, and exploratory laparotomy (ex lap) cases.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in the OR setting, ensuring a high standard of care.Assist with DaVinci robotic surgeries, large head and neck cases, neuro spine surgeries, and ex lap cases.Demonstrate scrubbing experience, with preference for proficiency across ENT, Neuro, and Surgical Oncology services.Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.Maintain patient safety and support positive outcomes in a Level 1 Trauma Center.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience, with Level 1 Trauma experience required.Proficiency in at least one of the following: DaVinci robotic surgeries, head and neck cases, neuro spine, or ex lap cases; preference for candidates with experience in all.Scrubbing experience required.Current KS or Compact RN license.BLS (AHA) certification required.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OR nurse to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
