Paid CEs, a tiered-bonus structure, and a hygiene director who is a hygienist!*What You'll Do:Put the patient first, always.Provide gentle, compassionate treatment for every patient.Ensure pristine cleanliness by setting up and cleaning operatories.Track and continuously improve performance because good isn't good enough for us.Participate enthusiastically in morning huddles to set the tone for the day.Administer anesthesia as needed, ensuring patient comfort.Give back to the community through meaningful service initiatives.Collaborate with the team on supply and equipment management.Perform radiographs, periodontal charting, and other diagnostic aids, presenting findings to the doctor.Follow up with patients with post-op calls because our care doesn't end when they leave the chair.Foster camaraderie and unity within the team because we're stronger together.Be honest, kind, and dedicated to ensuring every patient has a Positive day!Requirements:Must hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist License.CPR certification is a must.Preferred: AED certificate and Local Anesthesia Certificate.Ready to go on a smile-worthy adventure and make a Positive Impact?
