Independent family practice is looking for an attentive, conscientious BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team. Our family doctors treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare plans based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice. We are looking for someone that can take over a providers panel, and add to that panel with new patients. Services we provide include: primary care (adult and pediatric), acute care, chronic condition management, and skin and laser care. EMR: Nextgen.
