Anesthesiology opening in Kansas City, Missouri. Physiatrist/ Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM &R) Kansas City, MO 64114 We are looking for a Physiatrist/Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician to join our medical practice full time in the Kansas City area. We are looking for a board certified or eligible PM&R physician to join our practice, to provide patient coverage within 3 Inpatient Rehab Facilities in the Blue Springs, Independence MO, and Overland Park, KS area as well as serve as our medical director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate and/or fellowship trained physician to join a reputable group, providing high-quality coverage within state-of-the-art rehab facilities. We are expanding and looking for an energetic and passionate physiatrist to join our team. About us: We are a team of physicians, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, and dedicated support staff, who pride themselves on providing the most comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitate services around the Kansas City area. Our team provides coverage for acute active rehab facilities, striving to help our patients improve their pain, function, and mobility and increase the quality of their lives. We are a physiatry led group, with a team of knowledgeable and respected physicians. Duties:

• Provide patient care within IRF settings (inpatient rehab facilities)
• Daily patient rounds
• Admission and Discharge of patients
• Screening for admissions
• Attend team meetings
• Supervision of the NPs/Pas
• Collaboration with the facility staff, colleagues, and consults for comprehensive patient care
• Documentation -timely and accurate Qualifications:
  • BC or BE Physiatrist/Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician ( PM&R) - recent graduate or fellowship trained welcome
  • MD or DO licensed to practice in MO and KS
  • Willing to provide supervision of the PAs/NPs Schedule:
    • Full time
    • 5 days per week
    • Coverage 1 weekend per month Salary (range):
      • $350,000 with potential up to $400,000 (including medical directorship) Benefits:
