Job Description:

Seeking an experienced RN to manage the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of our patients and families. Our patients are facing end-of-life healthcare needs and we are seeking an RN who can provide the needed nursing care with dignity, compassion & a warm heart.

      Responsibilities
      
      • Carrying out physician orders
        • Informing the physician of changes in the patient's condition and needs
        • Communicating with medical professionals, the hospice team and others
        • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
        • Providing services in accordance with agency policies and regulations that define scope of practice
        • Participating in in-service programs
          • Demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills
            
            Requirements
            
            • Kansas Nursing License
            • Hospice experience preferred
            • Strong organizational and self-management skills
              • Strong and compassionate customer service skills
              • Valid driver's license
