The Creative Projects Account Manager at 88 Design Group within Grandstand Glassware Apparel ("Grandstand") is responsible for managing ongoing creative projects through direct contact with customers and sales staff as a liaison. The role is envisioned to actively assist 88 Design Group's continued goal to establish itself as an industry authority for branding and creative in the craft beverage industry. Major Duties Gain and nurture the trust of our customers with the intent of becoming an integral part of their development and branding. Develop and serve as lead point of contact for assigned accounts by acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Develop and manage multiple project timelines across internal business units and customers, while holding each stakeholder accountable for meeting these timelines. Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors. Coordinate discovery calls to intake new projects leading to providing proposal and scope of project timeline. Create awareness of products. Conduct training and seminars for customers. Maintain and update customer records through data entry in company CRM & ERP tools, including but not limited to: billing and shipping info, contacts, customer correspondence logs, projects, orders and notes. Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely manner; monitor and/or conduct the follow up to ensure outstanding customer service, including decisions on refunds. Develop new business to achieve sales targets by establishing new distribution channels, explaining product potential to customers, identifying possibilities for product improvements and new products. Prepare quotes, generate and upsell product orders to meet customer need; coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to Management. Provide service and product feedback to relevant departments within the company. Represent and foster the company at industry trade shows, events and visits to customer locations. Perform additional duties as assigned by Management Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or relevant field preferred. Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP software a plus. Two (2) to four (4) years sales or marketing experience. Knowledge of craft beverage industry, creative process, project management and industry terminology a plus. Exhibit a positive and professional attitude to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions, both verbal and written to meet customer expectations. Ability to organize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail. Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of Grandstand. Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to handle information and situations. Previous copywriting skills and proofreading to help maintain the brand messaging of customers a plus. Proficient with MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; and CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Experience with Mac preferred. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance for car rental.
