forms, from formulation development and analytical testing to
clinical and commercial-scale manufacture.-- The Kansas City
facility is a Center-of-Excellence for our Biologics Analytical
Services business. Our talented team has over 25 years of
experience providing analytical services for stand-alone and
integrated biologics projects.Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas
City, MO is hiring an Associate II, Sample Management Organization.
This position's main function is to receive, label, organize and
distribute samples for the purpose of further distribution to the
biologic's lab teams. They are self-motivated, detail oriented who
can ensure that all work they carry out is done in a complaint
manner following standard operating procedures and good
manufacturing practices. Able to work independently with little to
no supervision, and flexible to also assist team members and
management as necessary.This is a full-time role position: Monday -
Friday, days. 9:00AM - 5:00PM Catalent is committed to a Patient

Role
- Physically receive, count, label, and organize
samples/standards for the purpose of further distribution.
Activities include handling temperature recording devices
(stopping, starting, and interpreting or providing data to
clients), and performing registration activities for all samples
and standards into the chain of custody software;
- Communicate effectively with internal (project management,
operations, and laboratory personnel) and external customers to
facilitate efficient sample flow;
- Perform support activities for/on behalf of the Biologics
Analytica department;
- Execute assigned daily work plan or schedule as developed by
the Team Lead and/or Group Leader;
- Maintain high quality documentation in accordance with
applicable regulatory guidance and site SOPs documenting work as
appropriate within notebooks, forms, etc;
- Execute procedures or methods with high quality and review own
work to ensure accuracy and completeness. May perform review of
peer's documentation for accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance
with the ability to identify and remediate minor quality/compliance
gaps during routine work;
- Assist in the execution of efficiency/compliance improvement
projects with guidance;
- Support and maintain a respectful and professional
workplace;
- All other duties as assigned;The Candidate
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience;
OR Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Physical Sciences Field
with 0+ years' experience required;
- Laboratory or pharmaceutical experience highly preferred;
- Mathematical and scientific reasoning ability. Ability to learn
and retain technical information;
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with
internal customers, team members, and management;
- Strategy is focused on personal time management and efficiency.
Well organized with ability to multitask;
- Understands how their daily activities impacts the overall
performance of their group, site, and/or business. Acts in the best
interests of colleagues, patients, customers, and the
organization;
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and
