A successful candidate must be a hands-on, proactive team player with acute attention to detail. This full-time position is responsible for taking a proactive approach to ensure that the business operations run smoothly with no unexpected downtime. The ideal candidate for this position is honest, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for helping people.Responsibilities

• Support the operation of the business including physical facilities, records management, equipment, technology, and payment platforms.
• Maintain adequate supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
• Retain and organize files and business records.
• Audit business processes and manage compliance obligations.
• Maintain and respond to third-party and government notices and requests including census, tax, employment, and payroll.
• Hire and communicate with existing repair and maintenance vendors who perform maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Provide customer service support as needed.
• Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.Qualifications
• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• Honest with extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Efficient and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at using technology including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
