Your areas of responsibility:--- Develop and implement strategies
for the Wind market segment, aligning with overall business
goals.
--- Manage key accounts, fostering relationships and identifying
new business opportunities in the Wind sector.
--- Oversee regional engineering projects, ensuring technical
excellence and adherence to industry standards.
--- Drive sales growth in the Wind segment, leveraging technical
expertise and market knowledge.
--- Collaborate with internal teams for product development,
marketing, and sales initiatives.
--- Represent the company at industry events and maintain an
up-to-date understanding of market trendsTravel
--- Approximately 50% travel primarily within the U.S. in addition
to Canada and Mexico Qualifications we are looking for:---
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent
experience considered. MBA preferred.
--- Proven experience in business development and account
management.--- Proven experience in the Wind industry, or specialty
lubricant space.
--- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational
skills.
--- Ability to work independently and manage sales development
projects over the long-term
--- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry
events, and company meetings.
--- This role combines aspects of business development, engineering
management, and sales, specifically tailored to the Wind market,
requiring a blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
