Lead and manage the North America Culture Team, delivering

Develop and drive the hybrid culture strategy, focusing on programs
and events that foster connection
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to

Required Qualifications:
Experience leading teams and creating high-performing cultures

Proven ability to create and drive employee experiences that
