the life---Can you help enchant the world with chocolate and make
our online customers happy? Do you want to work for the third
largest American chocolate manufacturer? In the role of Click to
Mortar (C2M) eCommerce Manager you would be responsible for the
strategic roadmap of the digital business with our click to mortar
retail partners, including identifying and implementing the overall
digital strategy. Working closely with the sales, marketing, and
digital teams to implement both seasonal and always-on activations
across the marketing funnel to ultimately drive awareness,
consideration and conversion for Russell Stover Chocolates products
within our wholesale customer accounts.Responsible for delivering
against Digital strategy and metrics within search, display and
category campaigns across key retail partners and partner with both
Marketing and Sales as the SME on digital marketing and on-site
activation.Work closely with the Lindt & Sprungli Group
International team to ensure both sharing and utilizing of best
practice across global markets, adhering to and influencing global
guidance.--What you will be doing---Our Digital strategy operates
around 4 key pillars: Availability, Visibility, Conversion and
Management - the successful candidate will be able to grow the
retailer.com omnichannel business within this framework with focus
on driving greater Online Availability, Visibility and Conversion
of Russell Stover Chocolates products:
Support the implementation of the Russel Stover Digital vision,
strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment of search, retail media,
marketing and ad strategy with our C2M customers. Partner with
Account Managers and support them with the effective execution of a
cost-efficient ad strategy to maximize reach, ensuring a balance of
NTB vs ROAS, to drive long term sales growth. Partner with
Marketing Managers and support them with the effective execution of
a cost-efficient retail media strategy to maximize reach, to grow
long term brand awareness and HH penetration. Partner with
Marketing to Managing relationships with agencies & suppliers;
conducting regular reviews to ensure performance targets are being
met. Be the subject matter expert (SME) for Criteo, Citrus and
retailer specific platforms with a broad knowledge of alternative
performance ad and marketing toolsets across other digital
channels. Managing one direct report; the digital shelf executive
(content lead) and supporting them with content creation
initiatives (including digital assets, SEO copywriting etc) to
drive conversion.Do you have what it takes?-- (Basic
Qualifications)
A Bachelor's degree and up to 3 years of related experience /
equivalent work experience. Proficient in Citrus, Criteo, and other
search and retail media networks across Mass, Grocery and Drug.
Ability to take complex data examples and summarize cohesively to
bring both internal management, international colleagues and wider
Russell Stover teams on Digital journey.
Knowledge of budgeting, and operational planning. Team player who
can deliver. High level of professionalism, energy and sense of
urgency to "make things happen". Team player with a positive
attitude, strong sense of empathy and ability to be decisive. A
strategic thinker who can 'connect the dots' and see the bigger
picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the
deliverables.
Able to work effectively within a fast-changing environment,
adapting to tight deadlines and priority changes.Do you stand above
the rest?--
Experience with Citrus Ad, Criteo, Walmart Connect and other
retailer platforms. Experience working on marketing plans involving
Retail Media. Experience with Meta and Google Ads is a plus.
Experience with Salsify or Syndigo product information management
system is a plus. Experience with Meta and Google Ads is a plus.
Experience managing and developing people is a plus.At Russell
