The candidate must be able to work across the spectrum of macro-level reporting andanalysis down to detailed, in-depth details. The candidate must also show a history ofdelivering continuous improvement initiatives and strong management of project-oriented work.This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A.Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports that serve as a foundation for data-driven, decision-making
  • Direct and lead the reporting team to gather, cleanse and integrate data from various sources to establish a reliable and comprehensive dataset, enabling thorough and accurate financial and operational analysis
    • Collaborate with finance leaders, business partners and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, communicate insights, and align on strategic objectives
      • Drive continuous improvement by staying current on the latest reporting and Power BI features, best practices and industry trends to enhance reporting capabilities and promote innovation that is scalable for long-term growth
        • Develop and implement process improvement strategiesQualifications:
          • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
          • A minimum five years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with a focus on Power BI
            • Proven expertise in designing and implementing interactive, Power BI dashboards and reports
              • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
                • Proficiency in data manipulation, transformation, and integration techniques
                • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools
                • Ability to work well and build relationships with various business partners
                • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and works well under pressure
                • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
