Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Compensation Minimum:$137,000 Annually Compensation Maximum:$184,700 Annually JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the management of all bond production, underwriting activities and functions for the specified contract surety regional field operations team. Has direct as well as indirect production, agency management and underwriting responsibilities. Responsible for providing leadership and talent development for the direct reports. Oversees the acceptance, declination and rating of risks. Responsible for the preparing of the budget and of the operation plans for the assigned territory. Assists subordinate personnel in the acquisition and retention of large accounts. Develops and executes marketing plans for assigned territory within underwriting standards, rating and product development strategies. Provides consulting expertise to customers and direct reports to generate solutions to problems or identify needs. JOB REQUIREMENTS --- Bachelor's degree or comparable, progressive experience and applicable certifications preferred. --- A minimum of 10 year's progressive experience in area of focus preferred.
